These four songs were recorded at Linford Manor in 1994 before the band were signed . A total of nine songs were recorded to a similar pre-production standard over a two-week period, but I've only managed to unearth these four.
Whilst the band remained unsigned, they sold cassette copies of this demo at gigs and, shortly after signing, a limited number (500, I think) were made available via the record company to the first people who wrote and asked for a copy.
Painstakingly restored and remastered, this convenient downloadable version means everyone can here the tracks in high quality, and without the need for a cassette deck.

I loved some of these first time around, some I was less enamoured with, but this is a great collection and some I was less then enamoured about are now transformed for example Thunderfuck and Bang! Tom take the money is as glorious as ever. Andy Castledine
